Description:
Valerian is intended for relief from occasional insomnia. It can also be taken during the day at lower dosages for occasional sleeplessness. Valerian has been used in Europe for centuries as an effective and gentle sleep aid.
Ingredients:Organic valerian root (450mg). Other ingredients: gelatin, water.
Additional Ingredients:Organic ethyl alcohol, USP grade, water.
Dosage:Take 15-30 drops in warm water 3 times daily, or as directed by your health care professional.
